1. What the site does

The site presents our car rental offer, indicative prices and contact details and lets you send an enquiry or a preliminary booking. The form, booking wizard, AI assistant and chat do not conclude a rental contract and do not reserve a car.

An enquiry or preliminary booking does not block a car. The dates are only guaranteed by a payment recorded in our system; until then someone who pays first may take the car. Our adviser confirms the final offer, availability and price.

2. Prices and fees on the site

Prices are gross, in PLN, and indicative until an adviser confirms the offer. The wizard’s estimate is indicative. Additional fees (including the service fee, fees for trips abroad and kilometres above the limit) are shown with the offer and in the rental FAQ.

3. Rental contract and General Rental Terms

We conclude the rental contract with you after the offer is confirmed, payment is made and documents are signed. The rental is governed by the contract and the General Rental Terms (OWN), which you receive before the contract together with the offer confirmation.

4. Using the site

• Provide true contact details. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords or document numbers through the form or chat.
• The site content (texts, photos, trademarks and logos) is protected by law; do not copy it without permission.
• Disrupting the site, automated mass submission of enquiries and impersonation are prohibited.

5. Complaints about the site

Send comments and complaints about the site to reklamacje@goldencar.pl or by post to our registered office. We will reply within 14 days.

6. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, cookies and browser storage on the Cookies page.

7. Governing law

Polish law applies. Consumers keep the rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.
