The goldencar.pl website (Pentagon Strategy Sp. z o.o.) does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Below we explain what is stored in your browser and which third parties the site connects to.
1. What we store in your browser
- Favourite cars (key “gc:favorites” in local storage): the list of cars you picked, kept only on your device and not sent to us. Clear the site data to remove it.
- View settings and unsent form text may be kept temporarily by the browser so the site works properly.
- The site language comes from the address (Polish or /en), not from cookies.
2. Third-party services started at your request
- The adviser chat (tawk.to) loads only after you click “Chat with an adviser”; the provider may then set its own cookies and process data under its own policy.
- The pick-up map uses OpenStreetMap tiles; to load the map your browser connects to OpenStreetMap servers, which see your IP address.
- Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, hubcar.pl, trippack.pl and other sites open in a new window, and from then on those sites’ rules apply.
- Google reviews on the home page are fetched server-side; your browser does not connect to Google for them.
3. Server logs
Our hosting records basic technical data of a visit (IP address, time, page) for security and proper operation. Details in the Privacy policy.
4. Managing browser data
In your browser settings you can delete site data or block cookies and local storage; the site will still work, only favourite cars will not be remembered. Questions: kontakt@goldencar.pl.
5. Changes
If we add analytics or advertising tools we will ask for your consent before they start and update this page.
